The portal collects only the context necessary to evaluate a request, confirm data authorization, and indicate an advisory next step.
Purpose
We use this information to respond to the request, assess fit with Prisvia solutions, prioritize the first conversation, and propose the scope of a diagnostic, assisted pilot, or recurring service.
Authorized data
The initial analysis must only consider information that is proprietary, public or explicitly authorized by the requesting company. Prisvia does not ask for passwords, credentials or access to internal systems using this form.
Retention and review
Unconverted leads should be reviewed periodically and may be removed when they are no longer necessary for contact, qualification, or minimum request history.
